I fell in love with photography at a young age, thanks to the Pentax ME Super passed down to me from my grandparents (a camera that is still among my most-used and most-cherished.)
The best word I can think of to describe my style is intuitive. I work in the moment, professionally & personally. It is important to me that my work is organic, authentic, and pure; the only way I know how to achieve this is to get swept up in the energy of the moment and surrender to whatever is conjured with my lens.
I shoot both analog & digital, though my favorite medium is weird, warped, expired, or otherwise compromised analog film on a light-leaky old camera.
Fun fact: nearly two decades ago, I dropped out of the only photography class I ever enrolled in a few weeks into the semester.
